1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AS Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan selected (Monthly, Yearly, or 2-Years).
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled prior to the trial expiration.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3. Service Usage Policy

To ensure a high-quality experience for all users, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Not share your account outside of your immediate household.
• Abide by the simultaneous device streaming limits designated by your subscription plan.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the AS Technologies TV Box or streaming apps.

4. Hardware Provisions (TV Box)

If your subscription includes an AS Technologies TV Box:

• The hardware comes with a standard 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Physical damage or misuse voids the warranty.
• In the event of cancellation within the first 14 days, hardware must be returned in original condition to qualify for a full refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

AS Technologies aims to provide 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet service provider outages or global network infrastructure failures.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated via email prior to taking effect.
